Privacy Policy
What we collect. When you use our contact or newsletter forms, we receive the details you enter — such as your name, email address, phone number and project description. We also receive standard technical data (browser type, pages visited) used to keep the site fast and secure.
How we use it. Form submissions are used solely to respond to your enquiry and, where you opt in, to send our newsletter. We never sell personal data, and we never share it with third parties except the service providers strictly necessary to operate this website.
How long we keep it. Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months; newsletter subscriptions until you unsubscribe. Every newsletter email includes an unsubscribe link that takes effect immediately.
Your rights. You may request a copy, correction or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to hello@framecrest.studio. We respond to all requests within 30 days.
