Overview
Twenty-Five Years in Twelve Minutes
Harbor & Co. wanted more than a timeline — they wanted their people on screen.
We interviewed fourteen employees across three depots, dug through two decades of company archives, and filmed two full working days at the docks. The result premiered at the company's anniversary gala in front of four hundred staff and their families.
A three-minute recruitment cut now runs on the company's careers page, alongside the full film.

Challenge
A Working Depot Is Not a Set
Forklifts do not wait for camera setups. We choreographed filming around live operations with the depot managers, shooting interviews in a quiet office pod while B-roll units captured the docks between shifts — zero downtime for the client.
Approach
Archives Plus Real Faces
The emotional spine of the film is the archive: scanned photos, VHS transfers and old radio ads, restored and woven between present-day interviews. History you can see beats a narrator telling you about it.
