Budgets, timelines, rights and formats — the questions every client asks before the first shoot day.
A simple one-day brand film starts in the low four figures; a crewed commercial with cast, locations and full post runs into five figures. Every quote is a line-item budget, so you see exactly where the money goes — and where we can flex it.
Two to three weeks from approved treatment to delivery for a short brand film; six to ten weeks for commercials with casting and multiple locations. Got a hard deadline? Tell us first — we schedule backwards from it.
You do. On final payment, all rights to the finished film transfer to you, including raw footage and project files on request. We only ask to show the work in our portfolio — and we will skip that too if your project is confidential.
Absolutely. About a third of our work starts from a client script or a hard drive of existing footage. We will review it honestly, tell you what can be saved, and quote only the steps you actually need — directing, editing, color, sound or the full package.
Everything your channels need: cinema DCP, broadcast-ready MXF, ProRes masters, captioned streaming files and vertical social cutdowns. Every delivery passes our triple quality-control check before it ships.
Yes — roughly half our shoot days are outside San Francisco. Travel is billed at cost with no markups, and for smaller jobs we can often crew trusted local operators we have worked with before to keep budgets tight.
Send us the contact form with what you are making and when you need it. A producer replies within one business day, we schedule a free thirty-minute call, and you get a treatment with budget and schedule — usually within a week.
